The real world experience is the opposite. "Brown bird" breeder interest peaks when prices are high and rising eg. Yellowrumps, silverbills and breeders ditch them en mass when prices fall.
Mostly yes. Which is sad, that money is more important than the birds.

As less breeders are around when I'm an older fella, the little brown birds I guess will probably just dissapear from our aviaries
