Hi from Sunny Queensland. New to the forum and new to bird keeping. I am sure I will learn a lot from you very knowledgeable people.
At the moment I have 3 zebras' and 2 Saints ( the female has lost her tail feathers due to me) I was trying to be gentle and failed. I hope she will be ok.
Looking forward to all your help.
Heavy handed me.

I don't have an aviary yet, my dear husband is going to build it starting next week when we have finalised the list of building material. It will only be a small one about 2 meters long and around the same width. My birds which I recently purchased are in cages next to each other for the moment. I realise this is not ideal but is only for a short time. Meanwhile I am reading everything I can on how to keep happy healthy birds. Now we are both retired it gives us a chance to follow our interests,
Have a great day.

Finches are a lovely retirement hobby. Which is why I am trying to explain to my dear hubby that I must need another avairy now that we are so close to retirement. :lolno:
