I,m after a young hen W.W.Wren, can anyone help or know of someone with spare hens? Also a pair of Black and White Wrens, either subspecies, Barrow Island or the Dirk Hartog Island.
Also interested in Young Red or Yellow Siskins, young males or young pairs. Willing to purchase or swap for other birds.

New breeding season clutch "Jackpot" 4 out of 4, plus another clutch on the way so plenty of closed banded young. If anyone's interested now is the time to inquire! Check this out, these are the same birds

Fantastic! The WWWs are on top of my long term wish list.
How well do they tolerate nest inspection/closed banding?
Any particular diet or other husbandry tips?
Thanks for posting.

Others may tell you different but no problems with nest inspection with my birds I banded every single young ever since I started way back in 2007. I wouldn't keep other species of Wrens in same Aviary. There is more on WWW on my web page, will be updating soon!mattymeischke wrote:Fantastic! The WWWs are on top of my long term wish list.
