Trust me- it's zoomed! Although we did get surprisingly close. All photos were taken on the golf course in Kununurra- personal tour by Strop. He is the source of how to find these beauties; I was just fortunate enough to be along for the ride :ginger:

He's a nice boy for a "Northener". He showed us some great stuff to, including a festering rotten dead crocodile

I managed to get a couple of photos of Crimsons on the lawn near Kununurra Lake.
These birds were quite tame and hopped relatively close to where I was sitting. They were feeding on the seeding grasses in the lawn

Yeah, Firetail, ( real name , please )
I especially loved when we were walking passed a pond at the golf course & he nonchalantly pointed to a bloated, floating wallaby and said " there's some croc's lunch tomorrow"!
I just thought " NO one back home will believe this"

Beautiful shots Brett. Glad no one took any pics of the croc or croc lunch.
