got me in the soft spot. i love diamond firetails in their normal mutation, but personally pied birds are always more beautiful than the original. very stunning

due to a vitamin d3 problem = the old guy was shooting blanks. he is now back in business and after 7 failed nests of clear eggs - his first young out today.
