Thanks! 🙂

7th day out of nest today, and first time (for me) to see them on the ground and at the food. But it seems they still don't know how to use their new knowledge ...

The parents still feeding and still very attentive. It's a joy whatching them growing.

9th day. They both eat for themselves now, though they still prefer being fed. They get noisy now, when begging, which sounds funny as they still have their tiny-trumpet-voice.

Haven't seen them bathing yet, but they go to the water and drink. I spray some water in the morning as all of my birds love to take the droplets from leaves and twigs.

Parents are mating again.

Its a strange year, outside there are still young robins (erythacula), chiffchaffs and darkheaded warbler around, which is very late in the year. Obviously there are still plenty of insects and caterpillars after a longer than usual rainy season.

I love the way the parents "scold" me when I approach the young.
So cute

Yes they do!
Today both adults were working on a new nest from scratch. I had to remove it. If they are going to breed again, they'll have to use a nest I have access to to be able to close band the young.

The 'old nest' had already been a nest where I couldn't access without risking the complete damage of it. I'm happy though that my breeding pair has all skills to successfully rise their young.
Now they are inspecting a new nest I made for them. Lets see if they like it.

Wonderful news that they are keen to go again, and that the young are fine and healthy.

Breeding again! They took the nest I made for them. Already more than 3 eggs.
