Hi,

Forgive my ignorance but can someone tell me what the difference in appearance between the two species is?

Some photos would be helpful to point out the difference if someone would be kind enough to share.

Thanks

Lessers are slightly smaller and more colourful . Google Redbrow and you will pick the difference. Try the search engine as its been a question thats regularly asked. Note on normal Redbrows the band around the neck area, thats not there on Lessers. Lessers kept in a bright sunny aviary will also be whiter down the front and the flanks are steel blue rather than grey. They also have more of a golden olive colour on the back than normal Redbrows. Hope that helps.
