I have a red cock bird with a chestnut flank white hen bird and i am unsure of the mutation in the white baby.

Well they're definitely zebra.. Could be a pied? Red/white pied would look nice.

I'd say it's a chestnut flanked white. Young CFW often have some dark smudging like that on the head and back.
