Just got back from an unplaned flying trip to the big smoke. On the way back we popped into Swan Valley pets to pick up some seed as theirs was pretty good. And while there I saw that they had some quite impressive Red Zebs for $30/pair. Being inclined to always have a cage in the car "just in case" the best pair are now at my place. Irene the manager there told us she had bred these birds herself. So if anyone else is looking for some that look pretty good, there are still 3 pair available. Hubby is not too sure about the story that as my boots were marked down from $50 to $20 that meant I had the spare $30 availavle. :parp:

Well done finchbreeder, glad to hear you also got a new pair of boots at the same time! A woman can never have too many shoes or birds.
