Just looked at the tail on the one you posted
So that says not a charcoal

Black-bodied don't have flank spots either. And yes Charcoals can have cheek patches, but usually they aren't very strong (if present at all). Black-bodied on the other hand, do have cheek patches.

Charcoals and Black-bodied can also have tail markings (sometimes not). The below image is typical of how much orange cheek patch usually comes through on a Charcoal:
