Just wondering the incubation period for blue caps? I'm assuming they are the same as most other Africans at around 12 days?

I have a pair which have been incubating since 6/12 (4 eggs and 6 eggs on the 8/12). I had a quick look this morning with a mirror, and there are Definitely some fertile eggs in there. I have a feeling they could be dead in the shell though after a hot day last week and the last couple of days won't help. The nest they build is up against the fibreglass roof which doesn't help either

I intend to leave it a few more days in optimism but any experiences by others would be appreciated.

Thanks
Steve
