actually I have observed on more than one occassion a pr of my st helenas removing live chicks from OBWB nests-absolutely no confusion about it.

I think this has persuaded me not to get any Saint Helenas. They have caught my eye a few times and they sound behaviourally interesting. However, I've no room for them other than in the community aviary...which would seem to be a bad idea if they are prone to baby-stealing(???)
