I will be attending the convention this year.

I would like to thank in advance Gary and co at QFS in presenting such an event.

We will be driving to sunny Qld this time, so I/we have decided to book our accommodation in the city. That way my wife can do her thing (shopping, visit our children or relatives etc) and she will not know what, where or even care what I am doing over the 3 days.

Yes, we all have to make these sacrifices to appease or prevent the wraith of our partners from stopping what we really want to do.
See you all soon.

Al

Danny,
Check with Gary F as there was an offer for Brisbane locals to attend Sunday (I think) for $60.

Due to a sudden change in my travel plans to Qld, wife is not able to attend and will need the family car at home.

I am able to travel to the convention via a fellow AFF vehicle,. who is staying in sunny Qld after for his holiday's.

I was wondering is there someone who might have a spare seat in their car for the return leg from Qld before I try booking a plane ticket home to Port Macquarie.

Unfortunately not. I just spoke to him and no single day attendance option was organised.
