QFS learned on Thursday (Sept 12) that University of Queensland, the venue for Finches '14, has changed the dates of their semesters for 2014 putting everything back one week. Consequently Women’s College will still be full of students on the proposed dates of the Convention (June 27-29, 2014).
Accordingly we have decided to move the convention back one week to July 4-6, 2014 at the same venue. We have already confirmed that all our speakers can be available on those dates and so there will be no change to the Program.
This unfortunate change is beyond our control and we hope that it will not impede your ability to attend.

If anyone has a position in a bird club or knows someone who is intended to go to Finches 14 please let them know of the change of dates.
