Next Saturday (2nd August) Lake Macquarie will be holding the Biggest Zebra Finch Show of the year at the Waratah Golf Club . There will be teams from Lake Macquarie, Sydney, Northern NSW, WA, VIC & QLD. There will be 21 different colour classes of Zebra Finches on display.
The show is a teams event where points are allocated to birds relative to where they place in their class. There are 12 birds per class ( 2 from each team ) so the first placed bird gains 12 points and the last place bird gets 1 point etc. The team gaining the most points at the end of the day is the winner. Medals and trophies are presented for birds placed in the top 3 of each class.

Judging starts about 9 and should finish about 12 , birds will be on view to the public to around 4.iaos wrote:What time does it all kick off Garry?

NSW first , 2nd WA , great show will try to get some Pics later , Zeb Auction at the Show top price $410 for a pair of Silvers .
