New Bird Sale Regulations from DEPI

Reading the February 2015 Australian Avicultural Society Magazine I came across on page 57 a small item about Bird Sale Regulations.
It looks like there are some changes to the Bird Sale Regulations From DEPI.
The notice directs Sellers to go to the Website birds.org.au and download the relevant documents.
It seems that these new regulations could be strictly enforced. The notice states, Failure to comply may lead to being turned away from a Bird Sale.
Anyone has any more details?.
