Who cares if google makes us blahdeyblahblah?

Dear Lutino,
Please feel free to start or join any of the many conversations about finches and softbills, and feel free to tell us a little about yourself in the 'introduce yourself' section.
Please refrain, however, from posting unsolicited requests to strangers and jamming the forum with garbage.

Defiantly not a fantastic Bird toplist that a member of this forum seen fit to registered their site to help with promoting and enhancing the Aussie Finch Forums profile. Sounds like a good move to me seen as Best Bird Sites is an Australian site too

Please don't be offended by this lutino but I really don't like these silly intrusions into the forum's primary aim.

That is education/communication not popularity. That kind of publicity will not get the people we need to share the knowledge. It sounds too much like a "like me on blahblah" site.

Thanks for the idea but I think that kind of thing should be vetted by our admin first. Cheers :)

PS: I just went there and it is full of "click here" type crap. I don't like it at all.
