Hey Paul

Yeah its driving me mad

I have been reading a few things on the net about how to stop spam on forums might have to do a few of there ideas and see if that helps.

A other thing is I also might need to add a few more mods as there is only me and Mick and where not on the forum all the time to check it. I am going to be adding a few more mods over the next coming weeks/months so if anyone is interested please give me a PM or a email at [email protected]

On UK forum new members posts have to be moderated before they are allowed on until Admin suss out if they are genuine.
I know NOTHING about running a forum so don't know how it works ...but it does.

I think they (UK forum) scan the first 10 or 20 posts of each new member. would be a lot of work as it is a very popular forum. but certainly very worthwhile.
you must get on here before me each day Steven as I havent seen any spam yet.

Yes I usually check the forum before I go to bed and also check it in the morning to see how its looking and most off the time its in the morning when I see them they must sign up overnight and post when where all a sleep

I have seen others on this forum with names such as: Google [BOT]

I don't know if thats a spammer but it just doesn't look right.
