where is the best place to buy split aluminium rings from or what is everyone else using

He carries good stocks of split aluminium rings, numbered or plain
Also he can organise your alum. rings with your initials etc if require
He also sells the small pliers(cheap) used to apply the leg rings so they close in a perfect circle

Allen Tully sells small plastic pliers for a couple of dollars which makes the task so much easier.
It also puts them on perfectly round which makes them tamper proof
There are several sizes just match the pliers to the ring
