trouble logging in

hi all,
I'm posting this for my friend Crazy Cuban, because he can't get in to do it himself.
He's having trouble getting into the forum. When he goes to the login page, he gets that thing which it does when you've tried to log in too many times, with the type-the-letter-and-number thing, and it won't let him login even if the name/password is correct.
So could someone help me help him out?

apparently the trouble has regained it's footing... maybe it's just his computer, but could you guys have a quick check anyway please?

what browser is he using....i was having trouble with fire fox , the settings were set at proxy and not auto...

I found the same thing and where the instructions say "case insensitive" it really is case very sensitive, I tried to use lower case ---didn't work, Use upper case on the first letters, as I origionally logged in, and it worked.
So the question is , Is it really case insensitive?????????????
