I have been trying all day and last night to log on.
I have not been able to, it says that I have exceeded the number of login attempts required, and even when I put in the code perfectly it had no effect. it has been very frustrating. tried to do "forgot my password" earlier, came up with this:

Have not had the login issues you describe, but I sure hope you changed your password before posting that buddy.
I am also seeing the disclaimer you describe. It reads as though it should not be visible if you are logged in, but it is. Perhaps I'm just mis-reading it though.
