Hi - thanks for the add.
I am like many of you a finch addict. Interested in Aust native, European, African & just about anywhere finches exist. I am also fascinated in animal behaviour.
The beauty of this site is we can share our knowledge & experience. I have kept birds for years but every day is a school day for me on this site. That is we learn by sharing.
I look forward to all your advice.
Cheers
David

I Have Zebs, Gouldian, Green Singers, Ruddies, Cutthroats, Stars, Diamonds, Blue Faced Parrots, Green & Gold finches, Long Tails, Canaries, Peaceful Doves, Emerald Doves, Crested Pigeons, Diamond & Peaceful + Talpacoti doves. Native brown quails & oodles of Javas - they tend to breed like rabbits even in winter. I also keep chickens (Light Sussex, Rhode Is, Plymouth Rock, Silver Lace Wyadott separately to the aviary. Chickens tend to see finches as little morsels of delight.finchbreeder wrote: ↑13 Sep 2017, 10:50 Welcome to the forum. Which finches are you keeping at the moment?

It's been a frosty winter so I had a few losses but summer is coming.
