Hi people. Just thought I'd say hello as I've just joined. Don't expect me to be posting much as the only birds I have atm is a pair of magpies who allow me to live in 'their" yard.Through the 70 to the late 90's my family and I kept finches , smaller parrots (neophema, african love birds) , my parents eventually owning a pet store and breeding canaries for show. When they retired they got rid of all pets, and I haven't been in a situation to have any either. That will change in the next 12 months so I figured I'd check out the scene, was available these days and so on.
so hi!

I like your clever captions Dedman, I'll be showing this to my sons ... over the years, between the three of us we have built about 15 strats and/or teles and one acoustic.

I have now diverted my skills to finch housing :) ... not quite as exacting but still satisfying and rewarding.

Not much of a player myself but I get a lot of enjoyment from their playing.

Now back on topic....
