Hi there welcome to the Aussie finch forum

It's a bit difficult to pin point what any of yer specific problems may be with yer zebras, yer best solution would be just to spend some time researching through the many various threads and posts of the forum as this I'm sure will help yer find in what yer looking for wheather it's diet, breeding or general husbandry and management etc,

If yer still experiencing problems I'd put up a thread on the forum stating specifically what the problems are and many of us hopefully maybe able to help in some way

Be lucky

Welcome to you both. Zebs are a good little finch. If you are having problems. A couple of simple questions. When you bring your new finches home do you make sure to release them into your new avairy at lease 4 hours before dark? So they have plenty of time to locate the food and water and eat and drink before nightfall. Is the avairy where it will not get lights flashing onto it which could cause night frights? Could cats be frightening your birds into panicing?
