Hello
My name is Greg and I first got into breeding finches when I was 12 years old. My very first pair were Cut throats and then I went on to have St. Helenas, Red faced parrot finches, Zebras , Bengalese , Tri Coloured Nuns , African Silverbills , Jacarinis, and Gold Finches.
Recently last year I got back into finches after not having any for many years and i'm loving it! I missed this hobby so much.
Currently I am specialising in various colours of Bengalese finches. I have Self Choc , Ginger and Chestnut. Numerous pieds and crested. Also developing some saddle backs. I breed them in Cages and I also have an aviary where some of them breed.
My YouTube Channel is below.

The avairy has some Bengalese and also other exotics like RFPF , St Helenas, Black Headed Nuns , African silverbills , Gouldians , Star finches , Jacarinis, Cubans , Cordons and Zebras. I have aquired some new additions like Green singers and Orange Breasts.
I also have another Avairy i got of a mate and that is more a holding avairy for young and new additions. There i have recently put in Cut throats and some new Bengalese from another breeder.
The final plan is in the works to build a massive 12 metre avairy hopefully have it complete in the first half of the year.
Sorry for the long post and i'm hoping to lear a lot more here from fellow breeders.

Welcome to the forum. Had a few Grayish chestnuts show up in my Bengos when they were breeding. Have you come accross anything like this? Nice colour to develop. But I seem to have only cocks now. Look forward to seeing your avairy build.
