Gouldian egg quantities

Just wondering what the standard amount of eggs laid for a gouldian I have 11 in one nest?

I would say 5 though like you I have one nest of 11 eggs of which 9 appear fertile.

I usually get a few nests with 8 plus most with five of which 4 hatch and few wirh 3 to 4 with only two hatching. Usually the lower numbers are with first year pairs.

for me i get 4 to 6 i think 11 no good hen not keep then good and you mite loss most of the eggs she sit on 6 one day the maybe different the next some time it betta to take out and just leve 6 this just what i think
