green singer face has a lump

Hi all, my green singer has developed this lump on his face, only on one side. Second spot developing above its beak.
What to do?

To me it looks like a sinus infection or scaly mite attack. I would take it to a bird vet imo :problem: Craig

I treated with S76 , bird is active and eating well. Female is healthy.

Just in case it is scaly mite, have you replaced all your perches? Or at lease cleaned them all with disinfectant?

Yes I cleaned a cage and I used some vaseline on his face too. This morning looks better.
