Red siskin eye issue help please

Not sure what/if anything is wrong with this fellows eyes but i feel they should be open by now. Nest mates have nil issues and the eyes do not weep or have any marks.

Just need to know what may be wrong and what to do to fix it.

Main issue is they wont open at all.

Yes the eyes move when i grab it and there is a tiny slit on one. Ill try eye drops.

Thanks for the advice guys

Chlorsig was what I was given and it deems to work.

I also used warm water and gently scratched some of the crap from the eye. One is open now and the other partially now.
