Gouldian with Growth

Hi ... I have a 2 yr gouldian hen with what appears a growth next to her beak. Haven't been able to work it out. Was hoping someone can point me in the right direction ....
Ps she has not gone to nest this year ... wondering if this could be a contributing factor
