If the bird has an discharge from the nose or watery eyes, it could have a bacterial infection. Your best bet is to keep the bird warm & dry and get it to a bird vet for a check up, asap.

I use moxidectin plus to treat for Air Sac Mite as it does for worms too. You can buy it from Danny Brown’s website Geckodan:
