My silverbeet plant is currently going to seed. Assuming that they're safe/healthy for finches to eat, should I feed them while green or wait until they're semi-dried?

Try some green & see how they respond. I imagine green would be more attractive to them than dead/brown.

Put whole plants in if they are in pots

They have quite a large seed capsule with several small seeds inside.
I am not sure how easily finches would be able to access them.
Certainly worth trying while green though

Cheers
