Hi
I'm wondering what methods you have found easiest for auto-supplying live food within the aviary itself?
For example, a vinegar fly trap is easy. It sits in the aviary attracting and breeding little flies, and only requires attention every few days. Perfect. But I want more...
What other simple, inexpensive, electricity-free in-aviary methods are there for breeding and supplying fresh live food?

I've always been curious about that. How does it work when finches don't feed at night? And will the moths not be gone by morning?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Some of the moths then roost in the avairy, ready for the finches breakfast. Finches feed on dusk and dawn happily when the moths are beginning to arrive and leave. And if there is some light some feeding occurs, it all varies.
