Sprouting seed from now on

tiaris, sounds like your birds are spoilt for choice
I use common old bleach in 3l milk bottles(just a few drops), enough to deter nasties I hope.
about half full of seed, soak a couple of hours then drain, wait 24hrs or so then rinse and freeze in containers.
parrotfinches in particular go nuts for it and even attempt to eat it frozen....
depends how many birds you cater for of course but sprouting is really no harder than soaking and it seems to be worth it.
