I don't know of any companies in Australia that sell grass seeds. There are nurseries that sell plant seeds but they don't normally do wild grasses.

Maybe one of the members here could mail you some but I am not sure on the quarantine regulations at your end. I don't think there would be any issue from our end sending the grass seeds out of the country, but your quarantine department might confiscate them. Check with your department of quarantine and ask them if you can bring seeds into Ireland from Australia, you should be able to but check anyway.

If you can't then just grow finch seed and different bird seeds from the local petshop.

Not sure about UK but there are specialist bird product outlets in Europe which sell a diverse range of grass seeds. Even in UK there are some temperate grass species which are excellent supplementary seeds eg. Phalaris, cocksfoot, fescue & Rye. All of these should be available at produce merchants or whoever sell pasture seed in your nearest rural areas. Just check that seed is not coated with chemical & it should be fine to use for bird food.
