Where to buy seed suitable for soaking

Can anyone tell me where I can buy seed suitable for soaking. Most of the seed I have bought will not sprout. Probably imported and radiated. I live on the Central Coast of NSW and don't mind paying for a courier. Thanks Mick.

Any seed sold at pet shops or birds shops should be fine. I have had seed from Woolworths sprout.

How are you trying to sprout the seed?
I soak seed in a container of tap water for 24 hours then put it in a sieve and rinse it off under the tap. Then put it in a ziplock bag and seal the bag up with air in. Level the seed out inside the bag and put it somewhere warm (I put it on top of the fridge). It should sprout within a couple of days. Then rinse again and feed to the birds.

currently experimenting with numerous seeds

two day sprouting mix

four day sprouting mix

mother nature will always dictate the outcome
