Soaked seed at the point of or just sprouting is the most benefit Once the it gets too much past this point it is no more than "Green Feed".

Perhaps I should clarify my comment to avoid confusion.
I agree with Alf, seed that is just at the point of sprouting is the most nutritious.
This is what I meant when I said sprouted seed.
