Just wondering if anyone feeds live food to there Gouldian's? If so what?
I feed meal worm's to my Parsons and Shaft-tail and they love them, Gouldian's wont look at them.
Thanks

gouldians dont get a look in when the live food is put in the aviary here, the rest of the birds are too fast.
have found that my gouldians are not huge eaters of livefood from a dish. however they will eat any mealworms or maggots that they find on the aviary floor. so I started to put a few in the gouldians favourite scrounging area ( in a container that I have millet growing in) each day.

My Gouldian don't care much for mealworms either. I'd offer it to them many times, they don't pay much attention to it. Don't know why?. But green foods *lettuces and spinach, I have to say they go crazy. hehe :) My zebras love the mealworms though.
