Sex linked yellows I've seen from 40 to 70 Each
Aust yellows I've seen from $50 for split to $85-100 for pure birds.
One thing I wanted to confirm if a yellow bird has a purple chest it can't be an Aust yellow ?
The reason I ask is last year I purchased a pair of yellows from the QFS bird auction that were being sold as Aust yellows but they have purple chests. I paid around $150 for the pair. At the time I knew that there was 2 different yellows and Aust yellow was recessive (and worth more) but didn't understand the difference in colour between the two.
