Ive looked at the web site and it says its 3 years old so Im trying to clarify whether or not I need a license to keep double bars???????/

If you dont have any luck contact either the NSW aviculture club on Micks link,Or the NSW flora and fauna department.
I do know they are unlicenced in some states.

tried gomer but since having my laptop reformatted I cant send emails ....gonna sack the technician for sure lol ...lucky he builds good aviaries ....
