Maybe they send overseas,if not heres the product.I thinks its made by Bayer which i think is U.S.A company.so it probley comes from your way.
Any how 1 satchel makes up around 6 to 7 litres.you need a garden sprayer to spray it.and you will have enough to spray the eves of your house to.
