Can anyone enlighten me yesterday had 3 one week old chicks in the nest this morning discovered all three chicks on the ground dead. Am I doing some thing wrong this is my fist try at breeding these.

Sounds like the result of a sudden change of diet or not enough of one part of the diet as the chicks have got a bit bigger

While O-B's appreciate live food and will produce larger clutches with it, they will breed without . . but if you are supplying
, it needs to be a regular constant supply

Normally after a week you would expect that they would finish the job

Possibly outside interference; but diet would be my first thought

Are there any other birds in the cage/ aviary?
If yes, they might be checking out the nest and might have kicked the babies out.

Cats hanging around the aviary at night can cause birds to panic and the babies get accidentally dragged out when the parents panic and fly out.

Mice and rats in the aviary might drag them out. Check the aviary for mouse holes.
