Some people put plastic cafe blinds on the avairys that can be put down in inclement weather to protect the birds, and rolled up when the weather is more pleasant. Is this an option?

Maybe in the near future but not right at the moment. Just blew all my savings on fixing the brakes on the car. Looking at using tarps with occy straps at the moment. Not pretty but it should work.
