wondering if my budgies could share and aviary with the Java's after they are done in the breeding cabinets?

Budgies do not play nice with other birds generally. (Unless you call chewing them nice.) You could try, if you had a heavily planted area where the Javas could hide from the Budgies. But be prepared to seperate them if they behave badly. (Which would be what I would expect.) I never say never, because I was told you can't keep King quail in family groups. Which I have been doing for years.

Java sparrows can hold their own against budgies. Probably the only larger finch that can, they can be leg pullers/ biters themselves as well.

Agreed with Craig, I’ve seen a few people have Budgies and Java’s together with pretty good success with both
