Native and foreign finches that will use nest boxes?

They're always good fun to keep and pose a great challenge. I personally would've loved some Orientals myself, I've been chasing up some for a very long time but no luck as of yet. Would've traded you some Aberdeen's for a few Orientals if you still had them!

If you've had experience with the Orientals you could always give the Himalayan's a go, there's a couple getting around

Or Saffron's.............but you'd need to put them in an aviary on their own as they are known to be homicidal maniacs at time. Saw some up for grabs around $1000 a pair, just gotta be careful when you introduce pairs together as they can be pretty violent to their own kin and also you'll have to move young out after 9 days after fledging because the cock will go on a rampage (It sounds early but they are the wise words of Russel Kingston) .

my mate breeds saffrons and, Himalayas so might be worth a shot

agate mosaic canaries, agate yellow mosaic canaries, red zebs, self bengos and goldfinch mules.
