I think you’ll only get normal babies. You’d need to put two splits together to get some Blues.
Cheers.

All the birds you produced would be visually normal. 25% would be split Blues. But there would be no way of telling which 25% so the exercise would be pointless.

Correct FB, not a good mating due to all young having to be test mated to a blue bird for a result. Even two split birds can produce normals, splits and blues.
If you can buy a blue hen you will breed all splits and blues.

Half the hens and half the cocks will be split blue but all will appear normal.

One gene in 4 is Blue so it can't go to more than one bird in 4.

When people start including the sex of the birds it confuses everyone. When i say 25% will be split it means in both sexes, including the sex in a autosomal recessive mutation is non viable because of the mutations mode of inheritance.
Sexlinked mutations yes males and females play a role and the percentage can be used as for sexual percentage.

No . . 50% would be split Blues

B-N x N-N . . . It works the same way as the algebra that you learned at school F.O.I.L.{ First(pairof genes)/Outside(pair)/Inside(pair)/Last(pair)
BN(First pair)BN(Outside pair)
NN(Inside pair)NN(Last pair)

50% Splits + 50% Normals

This diagram may explain it a bit better . . The pairing is a DILUTE x a NORMALsplit DILUTE . . DILUTE is A-R
Results are 50% DILUTES + 50% SPLITS
