We had a very bad storm here last night, hopefully all the eggs in my aviary are still ok.
It's a still a bit early for me to check on the birds.

I relize that can happan too gomer, with the parents leaving, but from what my friend briefly said, it was'nt abandoment that would ruin the eggs, for a guess i thought it could be vibration from the thunder, if thats at all possible, i might do some internet surfing, see if i can find anything else.

hi. the thunder storm theory is a bit of a myth . i have had plenty off birds breeding over the years through thunderstoms and they still bring out there young . its mostley due to nest being abandoned or blowen apart from the winds involved with the storms.. they should be ok...pete
