hi just after some advice my cordon Blaeur is cuddling up against my brooding quail it has been pretty cold the last few days or could there be something more sinister like a problem with the finch any suggestions or advice thanks in advance

This is common for fledglings. But if it is an adult bird would catch and inspect.
