Me too
They can be high red, then they can just have a few feathers like this Timneh African grey, a subspecies of African grey with an Ivory coloured top mandible and maroon tailed, a lot different compared to the normal Congo African Greys: https://www.google.com.au/search?q=Red+ ... JwYEVEXWfM:
There are also Red Factor Sun Conures as well: https://www.google.com.au/search?q=red+ ... XIEPMO2ESM:
I am pretty sure there are none in Australia, but you never know
Thanks

There might be one that pops up sometime soon, as you said, you never know. I never knew about the red factor conure though.

There are also High Red Green cheeked conures in various muations like High red pineapples, cinnamons, yellow sideds (which I breed the odd high red out of my pair) and a few others https://www.google.com.au/search?safe=s ... 8Wuqrx7ffM:
These are actually very readily available, and are very good looking birds
Thanks

Interesting.... I am looking into breeding parrots, once I get more room. Thinking of Bourke's Parrots or Conures.

Because my mum's friend's daughter wants a pet conure and I figured I could make money out of that.

Well I keep yellow sided green cheeked conures, and they are fantastic birds
Once I get my own house with big acreage, I plan on getting ALL the conures, so they would be: Black caps, suns
Jendays, green cheeks, maroon bellys, pearlys, painted, patagonian, blue crowned, saint thomas, Golden, fiery shoudlered, crimson bellied, peach, nanday, blue throated, rose crowned, dusky and gold caps (i know, there are quite a few)
And of course, I would have to have obviously all the finches and all the aussie parrots, pigeons, doves and quails and by the time I'm thirty I'm bankrupt
Thanks

OK. As soon as I have the money for it I would buy an acerage. We used to have 7 acres of bushland and a creek (paradise) 30mins from brisbane for a very short time but sold it due to high rates Good luck with handraising; it's such a hard and precise job.
