Definately sounds like you need to enclose the West side, and consider a removable blind for the north side, before you get more birds.

Once the fence goes up, it'll be 15cm from the aviary, colourbond made and 20cm lower than the aviary, so the west side will be fine (hopefully). I'll definitely think of some kind of protection for the north side.
