Also, the Gouldians have very loud young and the Orange Breasts may or may not have young, but I'm not sure. The ruddies and cubans are both building a second nest after failed attempts.
good stuff mate. bet it feels great to tick off the ever increasing list.

Black rumped Double bars have really taken off for me, nest after nest after nest they aren't slowing down with good looking chicks........
Fledged a few more Ruddies and Blue faced Parrotfinches as the norm (breeding strong this year), and the Orange breasts fledged a few more with more young in the nests

Unfortunately my Old Javan Munias have had their time, my opinion is they are way past their point of breeding now......but...... a mate of mine whos a local bloke just got some ridgy didge Pure Javan Munias, and has bred a few and I get the first pick out of them so I'll be able to start fresh with newer, younger stock and retire my other ones

Still on the hunt for an Aberdeen hen, the same mate of mine is going to try and snag a hen for me from a bloke he knows, or is going to save one for me once he breeds some, but I'll get there in the end.....

Cheers

Read the article you contributed to this month's Birdkeeper magazine. Sounds like the black rumped double-bars are going really well for you—great work!
